Youth soccer tournament software
A2E is tournament management software for youth soccer directors. Collect team applications, take card and ACH payments, publish schedules, and keep scores and standings in one place.
The problem A2E solves
When registration, approvals, rosters, schedules, and scores live in different places, directors lose visibility when the event needs control. A2E keeps the whole youth soccer tournament workflow in one system.
How it works
A2E connects soccer tournament registration, payments, rosters, scheduling, scoring, and standings so directors, coaches, and parents work from the same event.
Set age groups, fees, deadlines, venues, fields, custom questions, scoring rules, and tiebreakers.
Team managers register, answer event questions, and submit card or ACH payment details.
Track submitted, unpaid, accepted, waitlisted, and rejected teams in one admin view.
Collect player details, player cards, and check-in documents tied to each application.
Build group and playoff schedules, assign fields, and publish pages teams and parents can find.
Enter scores from mobile, update standings, resolve tiebreakers, and keep playoffs moving.
Who it is for
For directors
A2E is soccer tournament director software for operators who need one command center instead of another disconnected form tool.
For teams and parents
Team managers do not need a stack of payment links and PDFs. Parents get a cleaner path to fields, kickoff times, and standings.
Platform
Each feature is built around a job directors already have: get teams in, get them paid, get them scheduled, and get games scored.
Build events with divisions, fees, deadlines, fields, rules, and custom questions.
Let managers register teams, answer questions, pay, and track application status.
Track card, ACH, coupons, refunds, and payment follow-up on each application.
Create group and playoff schedules from accepted teams, fields, flights, and times.
Spot coach and team conflicts before they become game-day problems.
Enter scores from mobile, update standings, and handle tiebreakers.
Product proof
Directors can see which teams are submitted, paid, accepted, roster-ready, waitlisted, or rejected before scheduling starts.
Flights, groups, fields, match times, and playoff movement stay tied to the event structure.
Public schedules, standings, fields, and scores reduce the scramble for links during event weekend.
Score admins enter results from the field while directors track outcomes and tiebreakers.
Pricing
A2E is free for tournament organizers. Teams pay standard processing fees at registration, and directors choose whether to pass those fees through or absorb them.
Use A2E without startup fees, monthly minimums, player registration fees, online check-in fees, or rostering fees.
Example: if the entry fee is $100 and fees are passed through, teams pay $104.25 by card or $102.50 by ACH / eCheck.
About us
Athletes2Events was built by a team with decades in youth sports, tournament operations, and sports software. We know the pressure of schedule changes, roster chasing, team questions, and payment follow-up because we have lived it.
The founding team includes an operator of national soccer tournaments on the West Coast, a founder who has built and sold youth-sports software companies, and a product lead who has designed two tournament platforms, one acquired in 2024.
